Pauline Maroko

She is a Lecturer at PC Kinyanjui Technical Institute, where she teaches Labour Law, Child Care and Protection, Human Resource Management, and Social Work. A certified counsellor, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance and Counselling from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU).

Florence

Supervisor

Florence Maranga is a PHD social scientist, majored in Psychology and Peace and Conflict Management. Her areas of interest are education, psychology, child protection, and peace and conflict management. She has taught and lectured at Nairobi Technical Training Institute, Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute, St Paul’s University and Kisii University.

InukaMama is a community based non-profit that aims to deliver an intensive one-month vocational training program to young mothers and women aged 25 years and below in underserved communities who live in vulnerable situations inc. teenage mothers, single mothers.

 

It is paired with financial literacy and basic business development sessions, ensuring participants are equipped not just with skills but with the accompanying tools to sustain their own livelihoods.
